I treat a number of different conditions using a combination of Myofascial release, mobilisation, dry needling, electro-therapy and rehabilitation exercises.

Myofascial release

Myofascial release is a manual therapy technique often used in massage. The technique focuses on pain believed to arise from myofascial tissues — the tough membranes that wrap, connect and support your muscles.

Mobilisation

Mobilisation is a manual therapeutic technique that fosters movement in stagnant tissues and joints.

Dry needling

Dry needling is a modern treatment designed to ease muscular pain. It treats muscle tissue, and its goal is to reduce pain, inactivate trigger points and restore function.

Electrotherapy

Electrotherapy is a method of medical treatment which uses electric current to the affected areas. It is mostly used by experienced physiotherapists to treat a variety of conditions ranging from muscle pain to arthritis.

Electrotherapy is a gentle and non-invasive modality that works by stimulating nerves and muscles through the surface of the skin.

Rehabilitation exercises

These are exercises which are designed to increase the strength of specific or groups of muscles.
